I've been a customer of Hook Tire & Service since it opened in Waxhaw. Although the managers have changed a few times, I've always found the service to be exceptional and everyone is very courteous. I bring my car in for oil changes every 3000 miles (or whenever the window sticker tells me), and a few major repairs. They have always been willing to work on pricing for me and to expedite my experience. 5 stars.

I've been a customer of hook tire in waxhaw for 6 years and found them to be very honest and there prices are very compeitive ken the store manager is very fair. I highly reccommed hook tire waxhaw thank jim kalfus
